PROCESS

The consultants at Ontario Office Works Inc. will sit down with management to determine where the business wants to be in the future - Financial Goals, Management Style, Business Culture.

Staff input is received through a series of facilitated meetings.

Phase I

We will:


Take an inventory of training taken or currently offered. Through a series of questionnaires and interviews we evaluate the existing level of training within the business and the methodology used to obtain the training.

Help you determine corporate training requirements. Interviews will be conducted with various staff at all levels to determine if the goals the company has established are understood and if additional training is needed to accomplish the goals. Standards will be set and projected outcomes will be quantified.

Provide a coordinated curriculum. The package will set priorities and cost projections of a coordinated approach that would meet corporate requirements in a reasonable timeframe. The curriculum would be a combination of customized “in house” workshops, community based sources of instruction and self learning. With the coordinated curriculum a business will be able to maximize the potential of its employees and make the transition into the future.

 

 

 

Phase II

We will:

  • Develop customized in house materials and workshops (if needed) to meet corporate priorities.
  • Provide “train the trainer” opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops as required.
  • Develop and implement a system to monitor training activities and evaluate the results.
