  TYPES OF TRAINING

TECHNICAL / REGULATORY

Each business has its own technical needs. - Computer programs, manufacturing processes, research and development - that must be met with specific training.

Today’s business world is highly regulated. Employers must keep their employees up to date in Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS, Labour Standards, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board regulations, and Human Rights legislation.

CORPORATE CULTURE

Each business has its own values and methodology. It can only function at the highest levels if every employee understands what the company stands for and his/her role within the company. Many companies leave this important information to be absorbed by osmosis. Others make the effort to keep everyone on side.
